Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer

Acts 27:25

Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me.

Thought this morning... Do we believe God? Not believe in but believe what His word tells us. Jesus said if you love you WILL keep my commandments. Do we believe God enough to hold on in the middle of a 2 week storm with no sunshine and everything we own lost. Would we still believe his word. See Paul could believe because of the relationship he had... He prayed until the angel came and stood by him. We are living in a time where our very social skills as a society are going away and do we realize it's affecting our relationship with Jesus Christ.... Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Do we believe God or just believe in God?
