Isaiah 29:13-14

[13]Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

[14]Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

Godly fear. Something a man can teach but it means nothing if it doesn't come from the pupils heart. Our fear of God ain't a scary fear, but true Godly fear comes from love that I wanna do everything to please Him. He loves me enough that he sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die for my sins and I will try the rest of my life to obey and honor Him in whatever situation I may be in. It's the beginning of wisdom or knowledge in action. When I fear and worship only comes from our head knowledge and lip service it will cause our faith to fail. But when it comes from the most inner parts of our being knowing that our Lord Jesus Christ dwells inside of us and is leading us to perfection if that if we were to leave Him we would return to the wickedness and hopeless life that we once had that's a fear that "hits different". Godly fear only comes by relationship with Jesus Christ and spending time in Him and in His Word!! When fear becomes love only then can we begin to understand
